Montgomery Village can thrive.
About the Initiative
What ENOUGH GMV is
Maryland’s ENOUGH Initiative aims to reduce childhood poverty in the state through community-led solutions that create thriving families and communities. It is a program of the Maryland Governor’s Office for Children.
ENOUGH GMV is the Gaithersburg-Montgomery Village
site of that initiative – a partnership of residents,
community organizations, schools, and local
government building and carrying out a shared
Neighborhood Action Plan for our area.
Our Community Quarterback
Identity, Inc. serves as the Community Quarterback for ENOUGH GMV – the organization that convenes the partnership, coordinates the work, and keeps residents at the center of every decision.
How decisions get made
A Community Advisory Board of residents, alongside partner work groups, sets the priorities. What we hear from the community survey, focus groups, and town halls shapes the plan directly.
